Youth Martial Arts
"Mixed Martial Arts for Real Life"
Ages 9-15
The Youth Martial Arts Class teaches mixed martial arts for real-life situations using the Kali Combat System as a foundation.
Students learn practical self-defense and peace-making skills while developing coordination, balance, agility, and overall physical fitness. The curriculum is designed to make students well-rounded in every area of combat, from striking and footwork to situational awareness and conflict resolution.
Discipline, diligence, teamwork, communication, and leadership are emphasized throughout a fun and engaging training environment that challenges students both mentally and physically. We focus on building strong bodies and strong character at the same time.
In our ranking system, students progress at their own pace. Advancement is based on individual skill and proficiency, as well as attendance, effort, patience, discipline, and overall character. Every student is encouraged to grow at a pace that promotes confidence, understanding, and long-term development.
Students are taught the way of the warrior and how to apply its principles in their daily lives. They gain a deeper appreciation of respect—for themselves and for others—resulting in increased confidence, improved health, and the development of strong, healthy character.
